Hi! I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to post, but I’m moving to Toronto for work and I’m looking for a realtor who would be willing to do virtual viewings for me since I won’t be in the city until my start date on July 2.

Ideally, I’m looking to lease a place somewhere with good access to the 404. I’m not very familiar with neighbourhoods in the east end, so I’d really appreciate someone who could also help guide me on areas that would be a good fit.

My budget is around $2,500/month for a 1+den or 2-bedroom.

If anyone has realtor recommendations or knows someone who’s good with out-of-town clients, I’d be super grateful. Thanks so much!
