First time ever using a moss pole or having a monstera, let alone Thai Constellation. I want so bad for this to be good!

I repotted her for the 2nd time after doing my research and getting a mix of: 30% orchid bark, 30% perlite, 30% miracle grow tropical, 10% leca and a sprinkle of horticultural charcoal and bone meal. I didn't want to use the staples given with pole in case of damage so I went for plant Velcro.
