ocd CAN create physical sensations that feel real

I'm not going to get into the particulars of what's actually happening with this, but OCD can and will create psychosomatic obsessions.

You can have legitimately-feeling physical pain that's in actuality completely fake and made up in your head. It can happen. It's happened to me.

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to self-diagnose when we have medical issues. Refer to the opinions of medical professionals, and to the opinions of your trusted friends & family (IF they understand that you have OCD).

Do you have cancer? Do you have ALS? Do you have diabetes? You probably cannot figure it out on your own, and I discourage you even trying until you get a trusted outside opinion. OCD makes that process too hard.

I want to donate to a British twitch gaming streamer (nothing problematic about him at all), but am wondering if it's a reportable event. It feels like a silly question but I am not sure.
