I have an exterior outlet that is switched inside. The wiring was run in conduit to the exterior outlet. What could happen to the underground line that could lead to the power loss? Could a tree root strangle the conduit?

I’d like a small vacuum that could suck up and filter fine sediment and discharge the filtered water back into the pond. Is there such a thing?

Also when creating patch cables, is the order determined with the pins up (left to right) and the retaining latch down?
