I recently got my hair cut and decided to try growing my mullet. However, the top seems to sit kind of flat and makes it look weird. I have wavy hair, unfortunately in between straight and curly (Im half irish and filipino).

How can I make it not sit like all flat and weird while still leaving it how it is at the bottom. Thank you!
