Electricity to patio options

I need to run electricity to the end of my patio. From the camper to were I want to get the electricity I estimate about 20m.

I was thinking about using 12/2 direct burial cable with a GFCI outlet at the end of the patio. The issue is a waterproof GFCI receptacle it quite ugly and I don't really know what to put it. If it my only option I guess I'd put it in a stake somewhere.

But before that last resort, is it possible to have a GFCI receptacle on the camper, then "plug" the feeder cable in it and have just a female outlet on the other side?

I know I can't burry a extension cord. But basically it would be something as elegant except with a direct bury cable if the makes sense?

We have a deck in top of pavers. From source to where we need electricity it is approx 40ft. Pan is to run the cable under the board, directly on the ground. I assume that sometimes water does accumulate a bit on the ground there, especially after winter.

It would be 120v and would be used to run a TV, fridge, lighting. Max a blender.

What is the recommended cable type and the over engineered solution so that I'm future proofing it if financially worth it.
