I keep getting the 21 error anytime I enter Xbox Live or Network settings on my Xbox. There are no hardmods, and no custom menus, all looks and operates as stock. There is a sticker on the back of my Xbox that says it was modded with emulators and games. I guess the softmods got removed at one point? I want to softmod my Xbox for Insignia.

Any ways to fix this? Thank you!
