Maybe from the 80s or 90s. A B-grade english horror, about some kind of killer primates. All i remember is this weird camera angle (the camera was facing a cave and was a few feet away from it, at ground level). A bare chested (blonde i think) woman comes out from the cave, panicking, escaping from the primates and once she reaches close to the pov/ camera she wears her top and continues her escape.
