I am having problems replacing the fluid probe on the Odyssey argos.
I reached out to them, and they sent me a replacement for the probe with the new design.
I followed their youtube video to replace the piece, but I'm stuck at the stage of threading in the new probe. When I put in the new probe, it slides in and out and doesn't tighten into the hole, even after turning it clockwise for a full minute. It seems like the replacement part they sent may have defective threading, and is therefore not tightening correctly.
I have contacted them again about this issue and requested to ship the machine back so they can handle the repair.
Now before I send back the machine, I want to make sure that I am doing everything correctly:
Is it normal for the probe to be loose? Will it tighten into place once I insert the inner bolt?
