We recently had a home security company install a full home system. During the payment/contract part we come to the privacy statement. The representative simply clicks thru for me. We completed the paperwork, the crew finished the 5 hour job of installing cameras and sensors. After they leave, I sit down and read the privacy statement. Every word spoken, every person's face, was recorded and saved on their servers. I called the company, told them what happened , asked them to come back and pull everything out, and cancel the contract. They didn't even argue, just did it.
