[Unknown > English] Handwritten note from my grandma

My family and I are losing my grandma in the coming days, and we’ve been going through her stuff to pass the time and bring back memories. We found this note in Cyrillic script - she does not speak a language using that - and I’m very curious as to what it could mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
