I've had t mobile for a while now and when I went to upgrade my phone they had some bad plans. I went in store to speak with a representative and told him Xfinity mobile was giving us a better deal. he told us that it was probably better for us to move to Xfinity since they had no good plans. (never explain anything regarding cancellation)
I go to Xfinity and they immediately start a new plan. ofc to try to get us to switch immediately and the plan was so good. We just went along with it and we ended up switching carriers.

I tried to log into my tlife app to make sure that everything was canceled and good to move on. The app doesn't let me log into my account and we have no devices that we need to return because everything was paid off. so I leave it and a few days ago I got a letter in the mail claiming that I owe around $60-$80. The bill doesn't actually explain what I owe money for. it tells me all these things that were deducted, but it doesn't explain how they came to the amount due at all. it says that I'm enrolled on auto pay, but I do not want to pay this bill. I plan on calling their customer service number, but what can I say to not get charged? The only thing that comes to mind which I don't think they will care about is that our plan was canceled maybe 2 weeks before my next bill. so i paid for a month that i didn't even use. do y'all advice I call my bank? am i able to remove my card to not get charged? is this even legal?
