Hiiii just putting feelers out for a roommate for a June or July move-in! Moving from Jersey and looking in Manhattan (LES, East Village) with a budget around $2.3k/month. Would prefer to sign a 12+ month lease and would love to find a unit with laundry in-unit (tough ask I know lol)

I have a cat (Kid), I work hybrid 3-days in office, I'm super clean/organized, love to go to the movies, go to dinner with friends, travel, workout, thrift, and chill at home
