I got this email after contesting my account closure mind you I’ve been tasking on aether project for almost 4 months now with a consistent 4.0 quality rating and not a single violation or breach of the T&Cs.

After a careful review of your account, I need to let you know that your account has been found in violation of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. As a result: • Your account will not be reactivated. • Any pending earnings will not be processed. • You no longer have access to your account. • You will not be matched with new projects. I know this is disappointing news, and I want to thank you for your contributions while on our platform. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. So in addition to my account closure I’m not receiving my outstanding earnings. This is totally messed up.
