Hello!

I’m applying for a trainee dispatch job with the city of El Cajon and wanted to know how in depth the background check is? What is the depth that they look into? I do have debt and I’m worried it will disqualify me. Also do background checks look into social media? I don’t have anything bad but idk I always worry that the memes I post on my stories are weird enough.
