State Farm claim process is horrible and frustrating.
If you missed a call on your claim, good luck giving them a call back. The ONLY number you have to contact them is an 855 number where half of it is automated and then you just sit and wait 30+ minutes to talk to a real person. For any questions for anything, you have to call that stupid number and wait every time. Today I waited for an hour trying to find out when the appraiser is going to come out for an inspection! Finally got an appraiser scheduled to come look at the car but no time was given. They just told me the appraiser will reach out on the day of. What kind of ridiculous process is this? So i'm just supposed to sit at home all day on a work day waiting for the appraiser to tell me when they'll be here? On top of that, I can never get a hold of my local agent. It's like State Farm is doing everything they can to avoid customer contact.
