Hi,

I've been trying for 2 weeks now to upgrade our organization from Teams plan to Enterprise. All I get is "Contact sales" on every step and then recieveing either an automated response or an AI Agent response that leads me nowhere.

Can that be done seamlessly or not at all?

When I try to upgrade directly via online and not thrugh contacting sales, at the next step when trying to upgrade an existing team, I'm met with: "Org-name" Team plan · Team to Enterprise upgrades are not currently supported for non-USD subscriptions.

What's the best way to approach this?
