i got diagnosed 2 weeks ago but have been dealing with this since the beginning of april. im absolutely miserable and uncomfortable every single day. im without health insurance and waiting for my derm to refill my triamcinolone cream because im covered head to toe, and ran through it really fast. please any tips are helpful , this is ruining my mental health.
