Im 5’10’’ and 137lbs but I can’t do a single body weight sit up. I tried doing a sit up with straight legs but it’s mostly just me wiggling around. I was in core therapy for like 7 or so years and I can do most other ab exercises (dead bug’s, blanks, frog leg raises, 1 minute plank, butterfly kicks, toe touches, bird dogs, etc) but no sit up. Everyone I know can do ATLEAST one but I can’t and I fear doing one of the incline sit ups taht everyone says you should do to actually get abs. I’ve been in the gym a year and go like 4-5 days a week so wtf?? How do I train deep core to get into doing sit ups without looking like an idiot. I know anchoring my feet will make me use momentum and I actually want abs so I don’t want to do that.

No matter what hair clips I use (claw clip, bannan clip, scrunchie) it always causes my curls to flatten? I have somewhat 3A/2b so they never really kink back up without product. How do I put my hair up during the gym (or another hair up activity) and have it curl back up when I put it down????
Hair care routine:
Wash & conditioner w/kerastase curlmanifesto line every other day
Curl cream is kerastase curl manifesto
Leave In conditioner (ocasional) is keraste milk(?) leave in
Mousse is RnCO curl foam (the rodeo one)
Gel is Ouidad humidity gel (the red one)
I always air dry and I re wet & style my hair everyday (pls don’t comment anything about that part, it’s wya works for me. I can’t not wet it) I wear a bonnet to bed
