I am looking to buy my first iPad and am having trouble deciding whether I should get the 128 GB or the 256 GB. Also, is the M4 worth it over the M3?

I am a student, so kind of on a budget. But I plan to use it for sketching designs in Procreate, light schoolwork, editing on Capcut and Canva, and creative work. I have the M2 MacBook as my main device, but I will upgrade to the new Air soon. Really just need your thoughts on if 128 GB would be enough, or if it's worth paying a little more for more storage. Thanks!
