Hi!
I’m looking for 3 shoes for my weekly rotation that would cover below:
> daily/long tempo
> shorter, fast tempo workouts
> long (~30KM) run/easy days
Preferably - no carbon plates
Current rotation, went through both shoes twice or more, thus looking for a change.
ASICS Novablast 5 - great shoe but seems to be a bit too heavy/slow for short intervals
ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 - another great easy day shoe but started to feel a bit clunky
Background:
28M, 5-6 runs a week, 70+ KM, 1/2 bike sessions per week.
sub 38 10k, sub 1:30 HM, sub 3 M
Current target 1:19/22 HM in 4 weeks, 2:49 marathon in October
