Finally replaying the game so I can check out the DLCs and I had no idea the reason Gamekeeper Vostatek stays constantly drunk is to forget about Chamberlain Ulrich and Von Bergow forcing him to take a castle maid to the woods and kill her because she was pregnant with Otto’s sons bastard. I completely missed this detail on my first run. Also, the fact that there wasn’t really a quest associated with this. He just tells you to stop by sometime after the wedding, you go around back and sit down with him and have a talk. Then after telling you, he asks that you just keep it to yourself. Honestly broke my heart lol.

Definitely just further proof that Otto is a grade A douche bag. Makes me wonder what other details I am missing in the Trosky Region alone. This game is so incredible.
