I got our office a Great Northern popcorn machine for our office. Initially it worked great. However, recently it’s started knocking, with popcorn getting stuck in the kettle and the agitator seemingly getting stuck in the mass of popcorn and causing the gears to jump. We haven’t changed our ratio at all (1/3 cup oil to 1 cup kernels) and we’ve deep cleaned the machine. Any idea what’s causing it and how to fix it?
