I tried assistant and it keeps running me in a circle trying to "fix" things that work and ignoring my question. If I try talk to an actual person about a problem it want to reset my modem which is irrelevant to my issue. I tried phone call but can barely understand who I'm talking to because apparently Xfinity is too cheap to hire english speaking American. It is impossible to talk to anyone who has a clue about anything. Instead they hire people in India or wherever it's cheap and just give them buttons to click to read stock answers. When trying get help they simply don't understand what I need is just some verbal instructions on something which they are incapable of providing. Wasted another 45 minutes of my life
