I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins. Have extensive history of anxiety/depression and went on Zoloft for postpartum depression & anxiety after my first baby. It completely changed my life and I was doing great. Then, my doctor had me wean off in the first trimester with my twins to see if I could be okay off it for the duration of the pregnancy to avoid any potential complications. Now, I am not doing well at all and want to go back on it. Just worried about potential complications and side effects especially since I’m already at a greater risk of complications and preterm labour due to having twins. Anyone have experience taking Zoloft during pregnancy and did you have any complications? How did your baby do after birth? Any withdrawal symptoms?
