What are the chances it reopens tonight? Praying it’s not a blue ridge part 2

So yesterday I got pretty lucky with free parking but doubt I’ll get that again. What’s it like parking at the mall? Is there a charge? Any suggestions for parking would be appreciated!

This is my first time coming to Daytona beach or a festival this large. My biggest concern is whether I should park at the venue or uber. How has parking been the past few years and how hard is it to find parking/get out?
