I have a 04 Yukon with the Bose amp in the center console. I’m looking at putting a 5 channel amp where the factory amp is. I need a wiring diagram of the outputs for the amp so I can still use the factory speaker wire and just run line outs from the aftermarket head unit.
So I want to use 2 amps in my setup a 5 channel amp for my doors and a 6in sub up front and then a mono amp for 2 10in subs in the back. For the inputs do I split the speaker wire before the amps or have it all pass through the 5 channel and then into the mono. And also how would I go about connecting a dsp if I do decide that
So I currently have a Sony xav ax5000 for a head unit and I’m planning on getting the Sony xs 163 es 3 way components and jl audio 6w3 a 6in sub to replace the center console one. I think I’m gonna go with the slapz mini 5 amp. I’m pretty new to car audio so I’m open to any recommendations or tips.
