Unsupported wall keeps getting disfigured

I'm trying to print this piece I designed for a tabletop game, and it printed perfectly well in Bambu black PLA Basic, but in white the cantilevered side keeps getting messed up.

Bambu labs X1C

Bambu slicer

Bambu PLA Basic black, white

Just ran the auto calibration, K = 0.020

I just dried the white PLA all day while I was at work and tried again, but the same thing happened

0.4mm nozzle, not new but has been printing fine

Textured PEI plate, 55C

0.16mm layer height

Basically using 0.16mm optimal BBL X1C, with supports on

Trying stock 0.16mm optimal BBL X1C now

I've tried adaptive layer height for the top third, and I've tried without ALH

Not sure where to see retraction settings

I've tried reorienting the piece 90 degrees, but the same thing happens

Can't really print it in any other orientation

The cantilevered part is thin enough that it's just walls, no infill

Any ideas? Something like this happened before on a different model, but I couldn't reproduce it afterwards.

EDIT: watching the current print live, it looks like the outer wall on the cantilevered side is warping up as it prints, like the overhang is too thin? I'm not sure how to prevent that.
