Has anyone had this happen? I was trying to comment on a post in a group when it asked me to confirm my identity with a selfie. It made me do the whole process a couple times but came back and said that my identity couldn't be confirmed and that I can no longer comment on or join groups. I can't seem to find a fix for it either.
