Ive already been accepted as a freshman and i have taken dual enrollment courses at my hs. When is the deadline to send my official community college transcript?

Im an upcoming freshman engineering student on the AERO track and it says for the Universal Core curriculum credits that I need 3 credit hours from social and behavioral sciences. I took Ap human geography as a junior and passed it so I can claim those credit hours. AP human geo is equivalent to geog 201 while AP Macroeconomics is equivalent to econ 203 (both are 3 credit hours). If i claim ap human geo, does that make macro useless because both classes are in social and behavior sciences?
