I hope someone can help me.

I went into Apple because my new phone camera would freeze upon opening it on my 17 pro Max.

They told me i had a bug and told me to do a factory reset. Before I did that my iCloud with 2tb said it was synced. I did the factory reset… now lost a big chuck of photos from the last 6 months- and I know 6months because I am a new first time mom and I lost photos of baby from birth until now.

I don’t understand where they are and how i would lose photos from October to now. Very upsetting.

I also used Google Photos and they aren’t there either!

Please help me.
