I first panicked when I couldn’t find the box in my building’s mailroom. Turned out I was looking for a much smaller package than the one the vials came in. Contents were at room temperature by the time I opened it.

I needed to cancel my order because it was prescribed and filled for a maintenance dose instead of titrating up due to my mistake in filling out the intake form.

Support said they can’t fix the current order so I asked to cancel it. Kept waiting for the asynchronous response. Then they responded during the day and some time after said they hadn’t received my response and closed the chat!! I was busy during the day and didn’t see their response. Don’t we get the same grace they expect? Can’t start a new one till office hours tomorrow.

Also said if provider has reviewed the prescription, they have to charge $100 cancellation fees. My status still only shows sent to pharmacy. How do I know if a provider has seen the prescription or not?

Just sharing:

Ordered through Pom for the first time. Available appointments were a week or more out. Appointment was on Wednesday. Got notification today that the medication has shipped. Will arrive Tuesday. 3 month starter bundle.
