Hi all,

I’m currently using a PowerColor Red Devil RX 5700 XT OC and considering an upgrade, but I’m trying to figure out what would be a worthwhile upgrade.

Current setup:

• GPU: RX 5700 XT
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (planning to upgrade to Ryzen 7 5700X3D later)
• RAM: 16GB (2*8) 3600 MHz

What I play:

• Mostly esports / lighter titles:
  • Valorant
  • CS2
  • Overwatch
  • Ready or Not
  • Phasmophobia
• Occasionally heavier games like:
  • Lies of P
  • Ghost of Tsushima

So I’m not constantly pushing ultra-demanding AAA titles.

I play all these at 1080p, not planning to change my monitor to 1440p for now anyways.

What I’m considering:

• Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB (USD ~$460/~IDR 8,000,000)
• Radeon RX 9070 16GB (USD ~$600/~IDR 10,400,000)
• NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (USD ~$560/~IDR 9,700,000)

From what I’ve seen, AMD pricing is a lot more reasonable and stable where I live compared to NVIDIA.

Questions:

• Would the 9060 XT be worthwhile upgrade from a 5700 XT?
• Is the 9070 worth stretching to for better long-term value?
• Are there better-value alternatives I should be looking at in this price range?

I’m open to both AMD and NVIDIA suggestions, but value/performance matters more to me than brand.
