Honestly I feel like they’re basically completely useless now but If I was Ikemoto I’d bring it back just for quick nostalgia & aura bc the panels of summonings are too good for us to pretend they don’t exist lol. But that’s where my excitement starts & ends with them. Highkey hope Boruto gets in a similar situation as Sasuke where he’s forced to bring out his summoning but just briefly then we move on from it straight after or maybe it flashes back into Boruto’s training with Sasuke or Kashin Koji where he’s trying to get a contract with one.
