Hi, I'm seriously considering a Subaru EV for my next car. Unfortunately, as the uncharted hasn't arrived in Australia yet I've only been able to view and drive the Solterra.
Coming from a Mini Cooper, it's a big step up in size.
Couple of questions:
Size difference between them seems to be 6-7 inches or 30cm. Can't seem to find any photos of them parked together to get a real comparison.
Does the range match the provided range figure from Subaru? They quote 522km for uncharted. I know I'll be fine for most driving, but as kids are getting older we'll be planning more road trips, so wondering what real range is on highway driving.
How much would a roof pod cargo box reduce range with highway driving? I'm worried with the slanted back window that storage space might be limited? (I know coming from a Mini it's going to be much more storage space, but we've just always put the cargo pod on-top of the mini for negligible fuel use difference)
