Hi Reddit I 24(f) and currently subletting my room in a gorgeous mid century house near Southport corridor. The room in big and has a walk in closet, huge porch and has dining and living room the building has washer and dryer and it’s very close to the brownline rent is $1,200 and it’s a private landlord (family owned) so they won’t check your credit lease ends in August but you can renew if you want. The apartment comes with an extremely chill roommate whose non binary and no pet fee or anything if you have pets
