I've been craving a pineapple burger (like a bacon cheeseburger with a slice of pineapple added). Where might I be able to get this in Portland? Bonus points if I can get it delivered.

Also, any place where I could get a grilled chicken sandwich that has pineapple on it? There was a place back home (NC) that made a grilled chicken sandwich that also had coleslaw and grilled pineapple on it. Haven't found anything quite like that around here.
