How to convert this screw type cam lock to tool-less opening type

How to convert this screw type cam lock to tool-less opening type

My water main is covered by a steel trap door in the wall (approx 3x3 feet) and it closes by using these cam type locks.

You need a screwdriver to open and close these.

Looking for suggestion on how to convert them to easy to open without using a screwdriver.

2010 Nissan aLtima V6 , 134k miles , query on fault codes

2010 Altima V6 with 270bhp V6 engine (CVT but with manual shifting too), k&n air filter, front cross brace, 4 new ties with<5k on them, drilled and slotted performance all 4 rotors,

These are the engine code, that Auto Zone pulled:

P0171: fuel system lean, most probably bad injector on cylinder 2

P0302: cylinder 2 misfire

P0826: Manual Mode Switch (looks like the manual gear shift position switch has issue)

P0615: Starter Relay

P0868: Transmission Fluid Pressure Low

Battery also threw a 13.4v

Car runs fine, but occasionally gives starting trouble.

Wife is getting new car and I am getting peanuts for this trade in, so I am thinking of turning it into a track car (put ina race seat and 5 point belt system) and nothing more. Once the current tires are shot move to low profile ones. The idea is to improve my driving.

I am suitably Mechanically inclined, so asking the experts here on their opinion on the level of self fixability on these issues and the cost if taken to mechanic.

I have jack stands and most of the tools as I maintain my bikes myself.

Thanks in Advance.

I have a Saint armored jacket for sub 50F temp, Modeka Shielder Protector Jacket for 70F + Temp.

Looking for suggestions for a jacket for temps like 50F to 70F and less than 200USD.

Ride a naked Speed Triple so no wind protection.

I have a few LED light that have 1200mAh or 1800mAh 18650 batteries, so lookign to update them to 3500mAh. I don't need their discharge rate to be high, say something like max 1-2 A discharge rate is fine.

checking batteries.parametrek the cheapest protected I saw on liionwholesale is like $6.50 per cell + shipping. I need around 10-12.

I was wondering if there is a place to get them cheaper?

TIA.
