
Mango sticky oatmeal
Mix 30g oats, 5g shredded coconut, 10g garden cress seeds, 1tbsp honey, pinch cardamom and water. Cook on the stove top.
Mix 50g of yogurt in the end.
Top it off w chopped mango and sesame seeds.

Breakfast w 30g of protein and loads of fiber.
Add 30g rolled oats + half a mashed banana + 10g chia seeds + vanilla to a bowl. Mix w water or milk if choice.
Top this off w some sweetened yogurt. Chill overnight.
The next morning top this off w the other half of the banana, and some chopped almonds.
Protein Matcha latte:
Make your matcha the way you normally would. Add a scoop of unflavored whey, some sweetener, and cardamom. Mix really well.
This is my current breakfast hyperfixation.
Mix cocoa powder + mash half a banana + 10g chia seeds + 30g instant oats + water.
Cook until it thickens.
Add a dash of milk in the end and mix really well.
Toppings:
Mix 50g greek yogurt + 10g of powdered pb + some milk to make it thinner.
Chop the other half of the banana.
