What is going on here?

More than a year ago I restarted my island. How do I get my Nook Link app to reflect or update to my current island and passport?

As my aunt would say "well sh!t". For the last year I've reminded the maintenance folks my hot water heater is gonna go out any time. The rust stains leaking from the top of the tank have been visible for at least that long. "Got it on order Miss K". Started to draw water from the kitchen sink to do my dishes a bit ago...no hot water. I won't hold my breath they've got a new tank to install in the morning.

How do I change the accent wall?

I want the inside wall as the accent wall but my wallpaper keeps going to an outside wall seemingly no matter where I stand.

I've been with KU for literal years. How is it in this technologically advanced world and age we live in must we see "Recommend Based On Your Reading", books we've already borrowed? Once you click on a title right at the top the screen it will show you, "you borrowed this book on this date." So WHY? They know all our shopping habits. Our sizes, food tastes. But they can't get this?
