This thing is filling me with hate. I’ve taken it apart before due to jamming issues with large beans but this time I simply can’t figure it out. I’m no expert but it doesn’t seem like the burrs are even close enough to touch to start the recalibration process. Plz help before I find it a new home at the bottom of a lake.

Update: You guys are great. I took your advice and got it working. Excited to use this since I’ve been relying on my hand grinder for a month or so. The grind quality is good especially with SSP burrs at this price point but I always have issues with large beans and the hopper doesn’t feed the beans properly. Take the good with the bad I guess..
