I’m looking for a therapist in town who is accepting patients and takes HPN insurance. Preferably female. I am a woman in my 30’s who recently went through a divorce after a long marriage. No kids, very independent, successful career, but wanting to navigate patterns and negative thought processes that have impacted my self-esteem and self-worth.
