How can I make this dress fit me better?
Got this at a thrift store without trying it on. It’s a small (what I usually wear) but it’s HUGE! 100% cotton, but pretty stiff. I have a sewing machine and very basic understanding of how to alter clothing.
It currently fits like pic 1/2 and I would like it to be more like pic 3.
