BIF 10-15 yrs | Leather Sectional with Recliners

I'm looking for an L-shaped sectional with quality leather that will last us 10-15 yrs.

Prefer side by side recliners with console for storage/cupholders.

Would like something not overly tufted, but not ultra modern either.

Prefer slate blue/fog blues or a light beige/greige.

What brands do you love around $5000-7000?

Need heating/lighting recommendations for new enclosure

I'd love to hear what your recommendations would be for full heating/lighting of my 12 yr old ball python's new enclosure.

EcoFlex Mojave 150 gallon (5ft x 2ft x 2ft)
The lamps will sit on the mesh.
The closest spot to the lamps are the branch/vines that are at 7", but the warm spot hide is at 16" (top of the box).
I'm in the US for product reference.

I currently have a DHP in a 40 gallon tank on a Herpstat EZ2, but it seems recommendations have changed and now a mix of basking bulb, UVB bulb, and DHP or CHE would be better?

Here is a video of it still under construction (waiting on the stand to arrive before I add the substrate, hides, etc.

▲ 1 r/gerbil

I recently purchased an EcoFlex Mojave 5x2x2 for my ball python. It arrived with a crack and Chewy is replacing it. I'm wondering if the spare would be suitable for my gerbil. He is a single after declanning from a trio and currently in a 40 gallon tank. The cage is made of a plastic/wood style blend. I have plenty of wooden items in the tank and they very rarely get chewed on. He does chew on his apple sticks and dried corn cobs. Do you think it would be a safe option or do you think he would chew out?
