My 15yo son took a shower and got ready in the morning. After he left the bathroom, I went in, and shut the door so that it was in contact with the doorjamb but not latched. That is, the door was partly closed so you could not see into the room, but it was not fully secured.

While I was sitting on the toilet, he barged in without knocking, saw me on the toilet and stormed out. A few minutes later, I jumped into the shower. He then came back into the bathroom while I was in the shower and told me off.

My wife thinks he is right and that I have no boundaries. I think he should have knocked and it is a 50/50 fault thing.
