I'm 28. No degree (dropped out). No prior employment.

I used to want to contribute positively to society. But after seeing all the horrible things that the average person has to say about unemployed people, I just don't care anymore.

And working would involve being around other people, people that I am thoroughly inferior to because they're much more accomplished and functioning than I am.

Avoiding the world seems like the obvious way to avoid that pain, and I can live for far longer than I need to off my parents' savings.

So, should I work? Why or why not?
