I forget to shower on a daily basis

I need advice on how to fix this. I genuinely forget that I need to shower every two days. It's not that I don't like showering or that I have sensory issues, I genuinely like showering. And I need to shower, my hair is genuinely bad without it and I can feel that. But I could be in school and think: "okay, I'm going home now, I'll eat and then shower", and then go home ten minutes, eat and then go back to my happy place of music and maladaptive daydreaming, and in the evening maybe ten minutes before I have to go to sleep remember: "oh, I needed to go showering". And then it's too late. I have had an entire week pass without showering. I thought first that's it's my phone addiction, but that's been getting better, also I don't need to be on my phone to forget stuff, I could do anything and still forget. Then I heard that autism can lead to memory issues so I thought maybe there is an answer for it here.

My anime friends are saying I definitely should watch chainsawman (their favourite), I don't know anything about anime so are there like beginner friendly anime or something? What should I watch?

I'm a high school student and I had to choose physics as a chosen subject for the next two years (11th and 12th grade) since I didn't do french. And I'm just starting out and realising it was definitely the wrong choice. Last year we had a teacher that could explain nothing so I didn't lean anything, and I'm also just genuinely bad at it. For the past weeks we've been learning electric charge and electric fields and I didn't learn anything, today my dad (also a math and physics teacher) tried to explain it to me again and it's like, I understand what he says, but I can't recreate what he said ten seconds later. I love experiments and can probably explain what they do in a basic way, but I can't explain why they do that or what that does. I can't remember formulas. I had a test and got an F. The only task I got full points (2) in was the "explain how this experiment works in your own words". I'll have an exam on Tuesday and I already know it'll be bad. And I have to get through this for two years and have to have somewhat decent grades.
