Received an email at 1am that someone used $150 something points for a purchase on Amazon. There are no orders on my Amazon account. The history on my Cap One has a ref number but since it wasn’t on my account, I can’t use that to search.
I called capital one immediately this morning and they are “looking into it”. They said I should have them back in 24-48 hours. Does anyone have experience with this and actually getting them back?
I’m so mad because I was saving them to buy a hotel room next friday.

I have not bought new Louboutins in about 13 years. I sold them all except my wedding shoes. Looking to buy a pre loved pair. I want closed toe, black and 100cm or lower. However, I cannot find anywhere where some are made with black insoles/inner lining. Are these real? I’ve seen a special edition with red, but this is new to me.

Any advice of where to buy pre-loved?

These are on eBay with an authentication guarantee.

I started a new job that pays once a month. Last month was my first pay day. It was only for a week so not the full salary. I put a small amount in Chase and the rest in capital one. Surprisingly, I received both 2 days early.

Today was my 2 day mark. The small amount went into Chase. Nothing even pending for Capital One. This is the biggest deposit this account has ever received. I saw in the FAQs on the app that there is a monthly direct deposit limit, but it did not state what that is. Does anyone know what the limit is? I’m thinking that might be why.

Obviously I’ll call customer service tomorrow, just curious if someone here knew.

I did check with my employer and the funds were released.
