How do I learn to ride better while not riding?

15M, I’ve been riding on track since I was 11 and I really wanna get into RBRC (RedBull Rookies Cup). Currently my dad isn’t in a good financial situation to be paying for a track day for the both of us (only for the big tracks, we occasionally go to a smaller one). Because I don’t ride often, my skill remains the same, and that isn’t ideal if I actually want to participate in RBRC.

With that being said do any youtube channels/videos exist that can give you some proper tips like how to perfectly trail brake or how to implement the rear (foot) brake into trail braking and so on.

PS: I’ve only been finding tutorials for things I already know because they are mostly for beginners and for road.

I dont know anything about them. How much do they cost? Where to buy? Sinewave or squarewave (I just wheelie it and rarely go top speed if that matters).
