Hi guys! 369 here, first time poster in this forum. Wondering if any of yall know the reason as to why our chai(and sometimes frap roast) pump will release chai from the top of the black piece after pumping down? The black piece is fully screwed down into the plate, but this problem keeps happening and it’s always such a pain to clean the sticky chai off of everything! As you can see, the photo shows the chai bubbles on the vertical metal pump, so it’s like there’s a missing piece maybe? Anyways, thanks for any help!!
